Blagojevich has completed only half his sentence, seven years. None of the people Obama gave clemency to, tried to sell a major public office to anyone with the right sum of cash.

Most of those Obama commuted or pardoned were low-level, minor drug offenders who received too much time understanding Draconian mandatory sentencing laws.
