The guy served 10 years of a 14 year sentence. Many, many people do not finish their original sentences for one reason or another.

Barack Obama granted executive clemency to 1,927 people convicted of federal crimes. He let out a more than a few lifers who had been sent to prison on drug charges.

Let me know when Trump reaches 1,927 people.
