If we can't get NY to let us use the trigger lock / hold-open clip, the next best thing would be full serve.

I never knew that about NY. I worked up in Albany , NY for 2 winters and 2 summers in the early 60's and I don't remember that. In Penna. , we have trigger lock/hold open clips.
