1. No. While it was still warmer than during the ice age, there was the Little Ice Age during the late Middle Ages and early modern period. So, there are cycles.
2. That hurt too. It’s not like man-made global warming only started in 1990. But a lot of that was particulates that don’t cause global warming, not CO2. CO2 is odorless and colorless, and water vapor appears white. That black smoke is not CO2. Essentially all we’ve done is made our pollution invisible, way more CO2 exhaust occurs today.
3. This isn’t true. Scientists have been studying and writing about global warming for decades now.
4. Weather≠climate. And extreme weather events are more common thanks to global warming.
