Whether or not the other being is a person/human or not is an opinion, for now. I hold that opinion but others do not, and no scientist has come out with irrefutable proof one way or the other. If they did the abortion debate would be over by now.

Now, most late term abortions should be abhorrent to anyone, since simply extracting the baby and putting it in an incubator instead will often result in perfectly healthy human.
