There is one county in Florida that goes all out everyyear. Digital signs, ceremonies, etc. I forget if they got a piece of the steel beams or if that was just another county over.

But in most of the country, it's just another day. Everyyear I can't help noticing how many things and events just coincidentally have to fall on 9/11 but never on 9/12 or 9/10.
The remembrance started to trickle out in 2003, and was most noticeable by 2004 imo.
I've always been curious if the NYC area at least has some feeling that something happened that day.
