So they should post nutritional information in Watt Hours.

Interestingly, using Joules for nutrition would allow people to compare the energy consumption of their bodies to other machines. Someday I guarantee you they will invent a way to charge electrical devices (i.e. phones) with your body's energy. People will realize how annoyingly efficient the human body really is.
