Not all infantry members were killed. You could have registred as a conscientious objector. Serving in the military is not about what is in it for you, but rather doing it for your country. I registered for the Selective Service with complete, truthful information. I was prepared to be drafted if called, but since the date of my registration there has been no draft. |
