NYT: Mexico Agreed To Take Action In Immigration MONTHS Before Trump Announced Tariffs

That "awesome deal" Trump reached with Mexico to avoid those tariffs? That agreement, the NYT reports, was reached MONTHS ago.

The whole tariff "crisis" was apparently a Trump concoction, just like so many other things in his life.
