OK, that is not how IQs work.

IQ is an average in and of itself. a person with an IQ that is 100 is average. the IQ scores are going down because, by the design of the system, 100 MUST be the average. If your IQ was 100 and it's dropped to 85 or whatever, nothing has changed about you, but instead OTHER PEOPLE got SMARTER.

In order to imply society is getting dumber, your IQ needs to go UP.
