Semantics mistake on my part. My point was that based on whats out there now, and the support he has within his own party, he'll never be forced quit ala Nixon.I lived thru the Watergate Years & Fox or no Fox, Nixon was dead meat. In addition to his own party, big time conservitive media voices of the era in NYC metro area (W.F Buckley, Barry Farber, Bob Grant, Howard K. Smith, just to name a few) all turned their back on him. The 18 minute tape gap was the dealbreaker |
