Next to none of the original glass is in those windows. In fact, some of the designs were scrambled over the years. I would love to see them redone as best as possible to the original, utilizing the same techniques as had been used then and in most of the previous restorations. Let's hope they choose to lose the few modern (and not so, some glass was changed out in the 19th century to make the nave brighter) glass windows too. |
