Most of the original glass has long since been lost. I hope they take what little may remain out and keep it preserved. There are artists who know how to do a proper restoration of the glass. That art isn't lost, it just costs plenty. Nice as original may be, after this immense amount of time it shouldn't be out in the environment. |
