Good points. Ideally, I'd love to see Trump debate Buttigeig, but as we saw in 2016... He'll show up at the event, but has no intention of actually debating anyone for the obvious reason.

As you said Buttigeig (and any others) must stay conscious of Trump's ways and not let him drag them into his mudslinging where it's simply the juvenile name-calling and such. They need to stick to the issues and fully expect that Trump will do his usual thing of lying and so on.
