Instant fine would need to be about $50,000. How much would you want to be compensated for being ordered at gunpoint to be handcuffed and transported quite a distance without warning?And some people will take a bit of time to prove they are legal residents. I only have proof of legal residence on my person now that I carry an enhanced drivers license. Before that I did not. And don't say that if your name is Jose Gonzales you must always carry proof of residence on you, while if your name is John Smith you need not. |
