I don't recall ever being told to carry my draft card.Read the back of your draft card. "The law requires you to have this certificate in your personal possession at all times..." Read the back of your classification card. "The law requires you to have this Notice in addition to your Registration Certificate, in your personal possession at all times and to surrender it upon entering active duty in the Armed Services." Should you be reported for burning your draft card? |
