It's allowed by the Constitution, but federal law currently requires that districts be drawn for single incumbents.I don't want to use the Freeper "Uniparty" trope, but it's obvious that the two parties are united to prevent third parties from rising, as they benefit from the perpetuation of their own mediocrity. |
