No, I always said the Senate, although possible, was a tossup. You forget the House. Don't neglect the unattractive to republicans Senate calendar for 2020. Don't forget that polls.... independent sources..... show trump losing to each and every likely and announced Democratic candidate. Don't neglect the fact he has never polled above 50% in any legitimate poll.Face it, trump's chances are slim for 2020, without “outside intervention”. Which, BTW, should it becomes established was the case in 2016 may take the entire deal away. |
