Seeing that the Supreme Court declined to hear a case involving then Dreamers this session, meaning the case won't likely be decided during this presidency, three years is a hollow offer. The Dreamers will survive until 2021 most likely, when an actual government dedicated to governing will (hopefully) be able to legislate their legitimacy and a permanent path to citizenship.
