No funding for any "wall", as it doesn't work, won't ever work. Ask the Chinese, their Great Wall didn't keep them from being invaded. And it was manned and monitored. The visa program needs to be reformed, small businesses and farmers should have the means to access it with needing to hire counsel to navigate it. Of course, e-verify should be the cornerstone for fighting undocumented immigrants. And people seeking asylum should be ale to work, maybe after a brief waiting period to performbasic vetting (crim8nal record search....they let anyone buy a gun after a cursory check, why not allow displaced people to demonstrate their sincerity than by actions once here). Mexico is now providing humanitarian visas, why aren't we? |
