They have no obligation to even remain in business or hire anyone.

I predict more automation. Restaurants will give guests tablets to place their orders and they will be delivered by robots, like that mail robot from The Americans. Maybe someone will bring back the automat.

Also you know how in Japan they have conveyor belt sushi? I predict more of that.
