There are filing fees and lawyers need retainers. And you know full well that any discovery demands would be objected to by the defendants, and they would move to quash any subpoenas, and that's if it doesn't just get dismissed and the Plaintiff doesn't get sanctioned under FRCP 11 (or 22 NYCRR 130-1.1 if state court). |
