Do you understand that the government has no right to audit anyone's finances without good cause shown that a crime is being committed? Do you understand the concept of privacy? If making a profit is a crime, then we might as well close up the entire country and move to Cuba.

Not to mention the cost of employing thousands of government agents who are to perform these audits. Who is going to pay them?

Let me guess: the taxpayers!
