I did not eat the pound at once.I ate a hamburger with no bun, just a little bit of Mark Sisson ketchup. Later I ate the meatballs with pasta. The bacon I ate first thing and used the fat drippings as a base for the meatballs. None of the fat goes to waste. It's not a lot of beef. Most men are not eating enough beef, and getting fat, diabetic, and impotent as a result. |
