No it's not a lot of beef.I'll do it again this week. I'll buy frozen beef liver and add it to the meatballs this time. It adds vitamins to the meal. If more men ate like this they'd lose weight, keep it off, etc.......... The opposite of what Dr. Kellogg prescribed. |
