Women in Every state need to worry. Those upper and middle class that can (and for the most part already are) will head to states where the medical care is legal. Poor women in states where medical services are banned will try amateur medical abortions, this ethat fail to work will then turn to back alleys, and women will die.

Women in states that allow full spectrum of women's medical care will have a harder time accessing such, as providers will be overwhelmed by out of state patients paying cash.

Every woman has PLENTY to worry about. What kind of callous thinking brought you to that conclusion? Someone from the Heritage foundation or Federalist society on teevee? They're both full throated against women having equal rights of self determination.
