No It wouldn't matter at all. If I'm wrong & Roe v. Wade is overturned, abortions will be treated like recreational pot smoking, as in Illegal on a federal level but "legal" on a state level on a state by state basis. Women should not worry. One way or another, they will still be able to kill their babies.
