Even better, if you dial 911 using a cell phone in NYC, a system called ANI/ALI will show your exact address, in fact, Annie Allie (she's one badass chick), can even tell which room or floor of the house or building you're in. The government knows your exact whereabouts from the moment the CRO picks up.Yes, that is an emergency exemptoon, but people have been convicted based on this location data, when background voices or noise are matched up with the ANI/ALI coordinates. Not quite a search-and-seizure issue, but more of a gray area. |
