Do you believe you are denied due process if:1. You are charged with a minor infraction, and submit a guilty plea online or by mail? 2. You are charged with something, and the prosecutor decides to drop the charges before any hearing? 3. You are sued or sue someone and amicably settle before any judicial action, before a judge is even assigned? Not analogous to what SHS was talking about, but that's why it's "technically true." |
