Absolutely, it has a chilling effect.I disapprove. I am just pointing out that is how our capitalistic system is currently designed. I have always been in favor of regulated capitalism, not unregulated capitalism. I haven't given any thought as to whether regulation might be appropriate for this general type of situation. The people who are complaining the loudest here, except for you, are also among the biggest opponents of regulating capitalism. |
