Neither.

I don't eat many eggs, but when I do I'm not fussy about the type.

I don't eat bacon any more. I had a carotid artery scan that showed some very small plaques forming, and I happen to believe the folks who say that saturated fat will help those plaques grow.

Besides, I didn't know you could raise bacon in a pasture. :)
