Racial profiling. Again, several white patrons said the men were singled out, and noted that a white woman was given the bathroom access code without buying anything. Another white woman remarked that she'd been there two hours without ordering anything,. Why weren't the police called for them? They were "trespassing", too.

The CEO of Starbucks himself said the entire incident was not in keeping with the way his company does things.
