First off, you have to get that term Civil Service retiree out of your head. I never said I was a civil service retiree! I'll give you credit though, you did it knowledge that I went to college, I thought you would have had me being a GED dropout!

But since you brought up Civil Service, wouldn't being a woman or so called minority already have the exact same monetary and beneficial Advantage? I believe those salaries are set in stone via contracts. There's not one salary for an irish-american, another one for a caribbean-american, another one for a female jewish-american, you get my point. And by the way, the proper expression is fuck you, pay me! From Goodfellas! LOL and you know what? I worked for my reward, now I'm getting it!
