Plenty to be had around here. Just gotta hit the right places.Of course, if you go hunting and catch your own. If you're thinking of sale, that same slab of beef is going to be offered for the price it can sell at. If an NYC hedge fund manager can afford it at $40/lb, well that's certainly a reason his ilk will be getting fed before anyone upstate. Even if the they are only selling locally in person, it's worthwhile for someone with a refrigerated truck to buy them out and ship the lot to those who can afford it, wherever they may be. |
