LOL!!!!You have high cholesterol because you don't eat quality red meat and bacon regularly. Well, forget bacon in your case, but if you ate red meat regularly, your cholesterol would drop. Many times cholesterol increases because the body produces to much of it because it's not getting enough in the diet. It was when doctors launched assault on red meat, bacon, eggs, butter, that obesity, t2d, cholesterol all became a big problem. Cholesterol is important for many reasons. |
