Giving out state secrets to Russia because of Kompromat is not evading the rule of law? Probably not. There is no evidence that Trump compromised Israeli intelligence because he is being blackmailed rather than because he's a stupid moron. And if it were, impeachment and conviction would be the cure. I don't think Ryan's and McConnell's support of Trump would hold if there were proof of blackmail. What would be evading rule of law would be flouting an order of the Supreme Court and getting away with it. |
