If anything, he's actually understating the issue. Think about it: a known adversary conducted a deliberate "active measures" espionage campaign against our election process, with the specific goal of undermining one Presidential candidate for the benefit of the other. That is a direct threat to the continued existence of the United States as a functional democracy. |
