Besides, as you pointed out, the copays started, what, a few years before the ACA was passed. So you can't blame it all on the ACA. As for going back to the way it was, yeah, I'd like it back to 1980, but that ain't gonna happen. The ACA is a Band-Aid on an arterial wound, but the alternative before was no Band-Aid at all. |
