So what will Obama do before inauguration day?

There are a lot of rumors and speculation, hope and/or fear as to what Obama might do between now and leaving office.

Among them:
** Make a recess appointment to the Supreme Court;
** Make agreements with foreign powers that Trump would have to battle or undo early in his administration;
** Recognize "Palestine";
** Support action in the United Nations that would hobble Israel;
** Pardon Hillary as a preventive (as in Ford/Nixon);
** Pardon Bowe Bergdahl.

These are all things I've heard of with no opinion on their validity. The one that really puzzles me is Bowe Bergdahl. I can't imagine why Obama would possibly want to do that.

Opinions? Support or oppose any of these? Know any others?

And which of these (if any) do you think he will really do or attempt?
