I know you don't support him, but Trump touts his ability to make deals as a qualification for the presidency.In the case of a legislature, the ability to make good deals is a positive quality. It is NOT corruption. Deals are an important part of cooperation and cooperation is how legislatures work well. The inability to make deals with the opposition is what causes the current gridlock. |
