If they could he would be behind bars right now. As you point out, there were plenty of witnesses. This is just political hype Women's groups, on the other hand, take the attempt to intimidate and/or silence victims very seriously. And as one might imagine, real threats tend to happen when there are no witnesses But the Clintons operate under special rules
