On Long Island, PSEGLI/LIPA does in-store rebates at the register on some L.E.D. bulbs. With those rebates, I changed 8 PAR90 outdoor flood light bulbs, cost me about $45 instead of $100. I also changed light bulbs throughout the house to L.E.D., and gave away the CFL bulbs, some being the more expensive dimmable type which they needed. |
