Do we think that Nassau, Suffolk or westchester will have a 5 cents charge also?

I remember being in London and bought something at Boots Pharmacy and had to walk out without a bag. Hold onto your receipts!

At Costco and Sams Club, you can use a box for carrying things.

I agree that in re-using the heavy plastic bags (like the few I have bought for 99 cents from Trader Joe), they get dirty and soiled inside.
