Do we think that Nassau, Suffolk or westchester will have a 5 cents charge also?

Suffolk just voted yes to it not long ago. Town of Southampton made a law a few years ago banning them, must use reusable or paper.

I question paper bags being better for the environment. Are the smoke stacks at the paper mill actually cleaner when it comes to the environment?
