And once again poverty rates for blacks and hispanics are more than twice as much as whites. I believe i mentioned that before as a factor and my point still stands! And impoverished blacks live in high density cities which means more opportunity. Also account for latinos. You got lots of poor folk AND they practically live on top of each other. Then the drug epidemic in the 80's and 90's high incarceration rates as a result leaving many fatherless homes plays a factor also Once again my point still stands poor ppl arw more likely to commit crime. And that don't even factor the fact police are more likely to focus on neighborhoods of color and conviction rates are heavily out of wack based on race you guys love to ignore. Despite your white black population ratio you tout about 13 times a day my point STILL STANDS. |
