Let me break this down one more time slowly. You spoke about the rates black ppl do crimes compared to whites and I said poverty has a lot to do with crime more specifically violent crime. Statistically 1 in 4 black people are impoverished, Just under 1 in 4 hispanics impoverished and about 1-10 white non hispanics are impoverished. It explains the percentage variation of violent crime percentages bases on race/ethnicity.
