The problem is the term 'posing a threat' is relative. Actions of an individual may be enough to pose a threat while that same action might not constitute posing a threat to someone else. In this case one officer felt the situation with the man from tulsa was enough to be dealt with using his taser while his partner felt using her gun was appropriate.Another case in point Officer frlt he could have deesculated the situation with his words using his military training and his coworkers and superiors obviously felt otherwise since he lost his job. |
