And that's not getting us anywhere either, as the continuing stupid is only making it fester more. Positions on both sides are hardening, and we really need to back off on all sides and find something that works.

Cops are throwing up their hands and saying "fuck this shit" because they don't get paid enough to put up with it, citizens no longer have faith in the cops, and about the only outcome from continuing this is that civil war among us ALL that the republicans keep praying for. :(
