Very sorry to hear this, you're one of the few people around here remaining that I know and have hung out with personally. For the moment, you need to help your sister-in-law get through this as well as yourself. You know me, I won't blow smoke up your butt. You'll want to get down there and spend the last bit of time with him that you can.It will hit like a ton of bricks, there's no avoiding that, and there's nothing wrong with you as you deal with it. We're praying for both of you, and if you need anything, just let us know. As to your own reality, life is a gift. No one gets out alive. Therefore once you've gotten past this, you'll want to enjoy every moment because it always could be the last. And you've got plenty of time yourself to keep on keeping on, brother ... :) |
