You are generally able to find the punks who buy the minimum and other losers as they have valid drivers licenses with their current (or last known address). Then the insurance company, after they've paid your uninsured or under-insured claim, sets up payment plans with those people or sends them to collections. Any money recovered allows you to have a lower insurance rate than it otherwise would be.Unfortunately, as the insurance companies aren't able to locate these illegals, there's really no chance at recovering a penny from them. Hence the impact on everyone's insurance premium. |
